Love this place ! Mandy totally made my kids first visit so easy and enjoyable , so much so that he keeps trying to go back !!!! Also they noticed something on our child that needed a procedure they referred him out so he can associate this place with a good experience . Thats good patient care , taking care of your patients even when you dont make a dime and making sure theyre always going to be happy.

Facility is clean, and hygienists and doctor were friendly. That being said, if you cancel an appointment they will call you over and over and over again weekly to try to get you to schedule. It feels like a pesky sales team trying to sell you something relentlessly. We asked them to stop calling and our family will be finding a new dentist.

Ive been going to this dentist for many years and have always had great experiences. The staff is extremely kind and professional! I would definitely recommend this practice for your family.

The dentists & hygienists are very kind. However, the receptionist Michelle is extremely rude and impatient. I was 8 minutes late for a cleaning and they wouldnt take me in. One thing i dont like about the office is how open the rooms are. You can hear conversations from down the building and I dont want anyone hearing mine.

During my most recent cleaning at Ivory Family Dental I had to end the cleaning prematurely because the exam area was so loud, stressful and chaotic. The open concept in the exam area and checkout area of the office allows patients to hear the personal information of other patients as well as the screaming, crying, and moaning of distressed patients. This was the case during my cleaning. I couldnt hear the hygienist over the screaming and crying and had to end my appointment to leave the building. Very stressful experience. I also felt rushed and herded. They may be scheduling too many patients. I wont be returning to Ivory. Ive found a practice in Rapid City that informs me of the cost of my visit upon check-in, schedules ample time for appointments, and has private exam rooms. Exceptional dental practices are out there. Keep looking.
