I just received a call from this number asking for my son. They didn't identify themselves or the company name. I advised that this wasn't his number, and they rambled on to have him call them back. I asked what it was regarding, as they still didn't identify themselves, and was advised it was a business matter and that she can talk to me further if my son gives them a release. I advised that they called me and I won't pass on their message until I know who I'm speaking with. She rambled on two of my other son's names and said she would get their cooperation. I told her she sure is a pleasure. Your company needs to know that with fair collection laws, you must identify yourself and that it is for debt collection purposes. This will be a fast track to having your company shut down by the legal system.

This place keeps contacting me trying to get a hold of someone that I am not financially attached to. Is this legal? I have nothing to do with any debt. I see it as harassment when Im not the individual they are looking to collect debt from. I get that these people are trying to do their jobs as debt collector's and Im sure its a very hard job, but harassing family members is not ok. Should I contact the police in this area and report harassment or do I not have a leg to stand on? Thanks in advance.

I have never talked to a group of more unprofessional people that take debts personal. Furthermore, they call me out of my name, And basically told me I was lying to them. The whole time when I was gon find through some family problems, They were going to Levy my bank account. Because I told them my my mom passed away.

Called me about my ex spouse whom i've been divorced from for over thirteen years. All she did was mumble. Unprofessional. Let's see if I get more calls from them I asked them not to.

Calling me 17 yrs after a bill has accrued from my daughter while she was in foster care. ROFLMAO. Good luck with that! She aged out of the system in 2010. No way am I giving you a DIME! This was the 1st time you've even ATTEMPTED to contact me. If you're that desperate, call her dad. He had custody before she went to foster care.
