      image I have shopped at other Loft locations, in many other states. Seems the associates arent treated right by the company as most do not seem happy to be there. Today I had to use their customer service as an order is lost in the mail, talked with someone overseas that couldnt help. Ive really stopped purchasing from them lately due to the poor customer service. I also dont like that you cannot exchange or return online without being charged a return shipping fee. One of the only retailers that charges return shipping fees since COVID.
