Ive been a billion customer for sixteen years and this is the first time that I was treated with rudeness and disrespect. I brought my car in for a 2:30 oil change.. as I sat in the waiting area the other customers came and left . I had a 4:00 appointment which I called and changed, still no one came to tell me my car was ready. I was giving the benefit of the doubt thinking they were extra busy or something came up.. I waited til almost 4:30 and finally went to check.. my car was moved so I asked the guy at the desk if my car was done.. he barely looked at me and said.. rudely.. I dont know.. I asked him how he couldnt know and he kept ignoring me. I finally said my car is moved it must be done.. he got off his stool finally.. grabbed my paper and keys and practically shoved them at me! Not one word.. no sorry.. thanks.. have a nice day.. nothing!! I said waiting 2 hours for an oil change is a little ridiculous and he said mm mm and headed back to his stool.. he was very rude and obviously couldnt be bothered with me!!

Wont go back trying to get ahold of them for any reason is impossible I had to call multiple different departments to just talk to someone, they talk to customers like they are stupid, and if you want to pay hundreds of dollars more for a repair than anywhere else in the state if you have or need a repair or trying to buy a new car take it anywhere else
