Avera Urgent Care - Dawley Farm

I visited the urgent care for extreme abdominal pain. I have a condition that Avera has documented. I had been waiting for test results so the doctor I saw could order the medication. Today 9.25.2023. I received snotty emails through mychart from a lpn name kianna prins who emailed me when I emailed the doctor that saw me about my test results. She stated that they were just waiting on the results then the doctor would order my prescription if the test were negative for other possibilities. I replied to kianna prins lpn who said that my tests were lost or misplaced and I needed to do them again. She didnt call me. She stated like I already said.we lost them. She never told me that my test was lost until that snotty unprofessional email. The girl I handed them in the lab who was eating and has blond hair in the lab rushed when I was telling her my name and Information apparently lost them. If I would have received a heads up about this but no just a email and they were closed by the time I got her email. I could have gone in earlier had I know via a phone call. it is late at night and I still have not been tested so I can get the medicine i have every time I get sick like this. I am really sick and so disappointed. Last night they were considering sending me to the er and today it is like they dont care. I work 9-5 and sometimes have to go to urgent care. My primary care team is amazing. These individuals are not. I honestly do not know why they work there. Hoping Avera makes this right.

Expect it to close on the dot. Called ahead to check if I could get care all the way up to 9, and they said yes. Drove across town and they closed the door on my face. I get it, but dont say youre open right up till nine if thats not the case.

I recently had such a bad cold and was coughing so hard that I threw my back out! My visit there was very pleasent and informative. Everyone that I interacted with was very nice and helpful. I want to chose my regular doctor from this clinic.
