Seeing this company out before the sun is up with mowers and mowing below 32 shows how unprofessional this company really is. Just another lawn care service with no real knowledge.

Our HOA (Signature) uses this company and were not happy with the quality of service. They seem to go through our neighborhood as quick as they possibly can. Mowing job is patchy and uneven, this week the guy mowing wasnt paying attention and ran into a Shepards hook right next to our tree knocking off glass decorations. The trimming job is laughable, very uneven and in many spots theyve trimmed it to the dirt. Again theyre not careful around trees, shrubs, or decorations and if you dont have something over your concrete patio they go flying over it with the mower instead of being respectful and going around it. Last fall I didnt want our shrubs cut down so I put a sign out and roped them off. Our camera caught the guy reading the sign and then chopping them down anyway. Snow removal is hit or miss. Sometimes they do a good job other times they dont and were stuck trying to fix it or calling someone else to. One time it looked like they barely touched our driveway while our neighbors were cleaned off very well. We called to ask if they could revisit our driveway and the person said theyll look into it and get back to us and then hung up without getting our name or number. Needless to say no one ever got back to us or came out.
