Not sure who the men were that I encountered today But a big THANK YOU to all three of them especially the one actually helping me with my shipping dilemma. I appreciate the kindness and patience I received.. for something that was supposed to be easy but turned into a hassle, I really am thankful for the help!!

Received a package that was not addressed to me (not even in the same town) called customer service within 10 minutes of delivery in hopes they would call the driver and have them come back. Found out that this was not an option. I was told that I would have to contact the sender and see what they would like to do and it was pretty much my problem. The package was for a small business and I decided to do the right thing and deliver it myself since UPS couldnt do the right thing.

Amy at the customer service center really needs an attitude adjustment and learn how to properly talk to and handle customers!!! She was very rude and hung up on me while I was still talking!!! Sh needs to be written up and suspended until she has Received proper training

Worst customer service Staff ever!!! Very poor attitudes and can never get anything done properly or correctly. Was supposed to be able to pick up pack in an hour and it wasnt ready and they could care less
