For unknown reasons my Doc's office staff could not get a prescription renewal sent to Springmeds. The folks at Springmeds (Sara in particular) went the extra mile by making multiple calls to my Doc and even having their pharmacist call to get the matter handled. Along the way, I received calls to update me on the situation. Finally, when the paperwork was out of the way, Springmeds provided expedited shipping free of charge, knowing I was out of the medication. I do not think one could expect more from a pharmacy.

I did an Internet search of online prescription providers to help my elderly mother with an RX that was not covered by Medicare. While necessary, this RX was not affordable through her regular pharmacy.
After contacting several of these online pharmacies I decided on Spring Meds based on a couple of things that set them apart in my mind. 1) Their website is very easy to navigate and pricing was clearly identified (contrary to a previous poster's stated experience); 2) Their customer service personnel are very kind, extremely helpful, and very willing to provide a custom solution for us that involved coordinating between their pharmacist and my mom's physician; 3) their pricing for my mom's medication was almost half the price per dose that she was paying through the local national chain drug store in her neighborhood.
I am retired but have a number of responsibilities beyond caring for my ageing mother and she doesn't live nearby so helping her and handling my other responsibilities isn't easy. I really appreciate organizations like Spring Meds who have developed a business model that includes affordability, efficiency, and real humanity in the way they treat their customers.
