A friend and I went to have a mani/pedi.. horrible experience. Almost all of my cuticles are swollen. I have numerous cuts around my nails from her pushing back my cuticles (there wasn't even oil or anything used to push back my cuticles.... just a extremely painful metal scraper...) the polish on my toenails is actually just all over my toes and super thick and goopy. Neither of us were satisfied at all. complete waste of money. and good luck finding it anyways... no sign or anything out front. drove around for half hour trying to find it.

My first appointment wasn't written on the book and even after I sent a text saying I would be late (in the text they said it was ok) I showed for my first facial sugar wax to be told they couldn't get me in because they were double booked for my appointment. I did send an email about my dissatisfaction to the email address listed on the website and it has been over a month with no reply. The place is hard to identify because they do not have a name/sign on the outside (not that I could see anyway). And when you look inside it has the appearance of a shop not a salon.I've had sugar waxes before and never left in so much pain or bleeding. I also didn't like having a finger in my mouth.My third and final visit was the worst. The sugar wax was too hot. I was burned on my lip from the wax. It scabbed/blistered and is now peeling. I would compare this burn to a sun burn blister or a curling iron burn. I was also burned right below my eyebrow, but that one isn't as bad is the lip.
