We closed on our new house today all thanks to Jace! Its hard to find something in this market (especially for our multigenerational family) but Jace is extremely prompt and flexible making it so easy to look at any house we wanted as soon as they were listed. He is very kind, informative, and easy to work with - definitely recommend him for anyone looking to buy a home!

You might say I am partial bc I am related, but in all honesty, I could not be more thankful (and proud) for how Jace walked us through the purchase of our black hills cabin. Buying/selling a home can be a big deal and at times complicated and very stressful. When moments like that arose in our process (and there definitely were a few moments), Jace was very knowledgeable and had a calm demeanor that helped bring things into perspective and keep our emotions in check so we could make the right decisions. He truly cares about getting the best deal for his clients! I have been blessed to witness his passion, hard work and dedication first hand and have reaped the benefits of it from working with him as a client as well! I highly recommend him as a relator!

Jace was an absolute dream to work with! He was always there to answer questions and available. Even while deer hunting! He kept saying that the right property is out there even when things look bleak and boy was he right. If anyone is in the market for buying or selling a house, I highly recommend Jace. He does an excellent job!
