We saw more than 20 homes in the Sioux Falls area and Derek was there to guide us through every step of the way. As first time home buyers, we had no clue what we were doing, but Derek was always there to explain and answer any questions we had. He was extremely flexible to our schedule, and when we needed a second opinion, he told us what he thought. And when we decided in the end to go through a new construction home, Derek made sure we barely had to lift a finger. He scheduled everything for us with the builder, and he answered ALL of our questions so quickly. Derek was awesome, and we couldnt be happier with our new home and the journey it took to get here.

Derek is a great genuine guy to work with while buying your house or condo. He's not afraid to talk about things that people bring up that may seem undesirable. And instead turns it into ways that it could be fixed. I never felt pressure to buy with Derek. I told him from the beginning I'm looking, and if I find the right place I will buy. He's an respected my wishes and was there for me when I needed him and made the buying process so easy. Wish I could put into words better at how great this guy is.

Sarah and MarKay were great in getting my Mom through the process of finding and purchasing a new home in Sturgis. Sarah was patient and helpful when looking at options, and Mom ended up finding a house that was "too perfect". They definitely go above and beyond. I highly recommend them for your search.

Very thankful for Derek's guidance and efforts helping me buy my first ever home . Nice and easy to work with , readily available to work remotely even if one of us was traveling . Took his time to explain each step and made sure i understood everything . Highly recommend :)
