I see Dr. Meek through the Telehealth platform and I have loved my experience with Allure Health. It's always a struggle establishing with a new Psychiatrist but Dr. Meek and his team have been so welcoming and made it a smooth transition. Everyone I talk to at the front-of-house is so welcoming and kind. They're so easy to work with and always bring a smile on my face even through telephone. When my prescription was out of stock, Dr. Meek's nursing staff called around to all the local pharmacies in my area (I'm not from town) until they found a pharmacy that had my medication in stock. I would absolutely recommend this team for Psychiatric Telehealth!

I thought everyone here was very friendly, professional and patient. I didn't feel bombarded with paper work. Arianna is amazing and helped remind me of the few things I needed to do before my appointment without giving me anxiety which was awesome because I had already thought about canceling my appointment for 80 other reasons .

Not the best place to go. I set up an appointment ahead of time and the doctor didn't even show up. I waited forever and eventually had to do a tele med visit last minute to finally see him. He wasn't prepared or anything. Also they have tons of billing issues which really shouldn't be issues to begin with. That department doesn't know what they are doing. I won't go back, I will stick with Avera so I can be in network and not get over charged.

This is a smaller company that is in need of growth in terms of their provider contracts, benefits, positions, and offers. The practice manager performs numerous roles which could be both good and bad. From my experience it was not good. She vets for candidates to interview, then interviews them, then does all the negotiating, does part of the credentialing, and takes on the role of Human Resources too which is not very neutral, fair, or appropriate. On their website they do not clearly differentiate what a physician verse an advanced practice provider is offered. I would say this is false advertising. As an advanced practice provider you fall under the category general staff (front desk, reception etc.), not under the provider umbrella. Therefore, as an APP you do not qualify for a production bonus, you are not offered a sign on bonus, you do not get 6 weeks of PTO, tail coverage is not offered for malpractice liability, they do not reimburse DEA or licensure costs, what they offer for CME days off per year and the amount that they reimburse is below the standard of any company that I have ever worked for, their benefits do not offer a HSA or FSA or life insurance, and they do not compensate their APP's for being on call. When I asked about these topics no answers were provided and they rescinded my offer letter without any reason or explanation. I was in the process of completing the credentialing process and after I asked some of the above questions I was sent a letter taking back my offer. Again, with no reason or explanation. The matter in which this was handled was unprofessional, not considerate and to me it indicates how the company values their employees and their worth. A lot of time and effort goes into applying for a position and this was handled with lack of decency. Therefore, I felt that it was important for other candidates to know this information up front prior to subjecting themselves to a similar and unfortunate situation.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was referred here and before making an appointment, I spoke with Sarah at the front desk about if I was covered or not. She informed me that I was, so I proceeded to make an appointment. My first appointment was in November. I continued to make appointments because I was never told that there was a billing issue or that my insurance was denying the charge or that I owed anything. Billing Department is a mess and refuses to work with you. I now owe $1400 because they didn't send out a bill for over 3 months. DO NOT fill out the questionnaire they hand you when you check in, they charge you $30 each time for it. Just avoid this place at all costs. Not professional, all the staff talk about patients by name in front of other patients which is a violation of HIPAA. Doctor seems to just want to change all of your meds and diagnose you with things that have never been brought up before. Scam place.
