        I had the screen on my phone replaced on 2-22-24. Quick turn around time was important to me. They did a great job. **update 3-1-24 screen repair** screen clicks now when typing, screen flickers and isn't sensitive at all.

        Stopped in there today and the gal that helped me was super friendly and helped me figure out what I needed very quickly. They Always seem to have what I need and it is super convenient to get in and out. They do a great job highly recommend these guys for any batteries!

        I purchased the battery online (pick up in store) and had the option for free installation, which I chose. The offer was then made to upgrade to a premium installation which included an anti corrosion spray for an additional 19.99. I declined the upgrade. When we went to pick up the purchased battery and get it installed, the female working said if I wanted it installed Id have to pay the 20 dollars. I said no, that was only if I wanted to upgrade according to what was listed online. She went and asked two men standing behind the counter, who said yeah they can pay 20 bucks or we wont do it. So, I took the battery home and we installed it ourselves. Batteries+ needs to retrain their staff in customer service skills or else they need to update their website. Only giving 1 star because I had to and because the battery was readily available.
