    Today my internet is not working. I cycled power on the modem and router but still no internet. I called Bluepeak tech support, he tried a couple things on his end, we cycled power together, he could not resolve the problem, and said he will have a tech come out on Monday afternoon between 1 and 3pm (today is Saturday and that would be Monday). I explained I run a small business and really can't be down that long. I asked if he could do some ip troubleshooting and he said he does not know how to ping, or tracert, etc. I asked if he could transfer me to a higher level of tech support and he said no, just the tech on Monday. The call ended and I asked myself... what if I ran a restaurant, the business was full of customers, the POS needed internet to run payments, Bluepeak was my internet provider, and I would be down with no Bluepeak support. I am not very happy with Bluepeak right now. I do run a small business. I generally use my weekends to do invoicing, bidding work, sales tax, etc, and so Bluepeak is not helping me right now.

    DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR WI-FI. I have had issues every month with their so called autopay and then they randomly take 3 times the amount of my bill out of my account for absolutely no reason. Pam and Lisa are no help at all so ask for someone else if you can!

    I just found out today that my wife informed me that she and another company discussed Bluepeak. She explained the situation to them about what happened, so Bluepeak gave me the wrong email and I was unable to make a payment. I called Bluepeak to inquire, and they asked for my account number. I explained that I didn't know the number, which caused confusion. As a result, I have decided to return the equipment and not be responsible for the $513 charge, as the incorrect email was provided. I have informed my wife that we will not be using Bluepeak's new service due to their dishonesty and deceptive practices.
