        Canceled our policy months ago. Still havent received our refund. Absolutely horrible experience trying to get ahold of them even prior to canceling. Our rates continued to increase. Almost double in a matter of a few years.

      Hi Sydney,Our agency takes pride in canceling policies when requested on time. We canceled the policies on the correct effective date and confirmed your valid address. Our agency provided the check numbers and amounts with the date the checks were sent. Your husband called in and requested a stop pay on all the checks. We then did a stop pay and reissued all checks with confirmation of check numbers and the date sent to your address. We are sorry you felt you could not get ahold of our agency; we have four phone lines that also roll to a 24/7 client service agent to help you if all our lines are busy. All agents can take your information at any time to get you help. We appreciate your past business.Your Good Life Agency Team
