    It's super hard to find the driveway. (Alley) They need to put up a sign. Or maps need to tell you to turn into the Savers driveway, or you go around the block to a dead-end. But for a quick trip it's ok

    I wouldn't recommend staying at this best western or any best western in Sioux Falls. The GLO east Dawley Farms is cleaner and service is better genuinely professional and kind than this location. It's been proven they do not properly clean their rooms and change sheets and wash the bedding such as the blankets. The hotel cleaners are more kind than the front desk staff. Money isn't worth the stay. Spend the money at Microtel there you will be properly greeted kindly and the hotel staff do their very best to up keep the motel and clean and wash the blankets.

    Easy parking lot, right next to a McDonald's and some sit down chain food restaurants. Friendly staff, clean rooms, easy checking and out. Easy to and from the highway. Food & drinks: There a handful of places in walking distance, including a McDonald's. Lots of places to get food within half a mile

    SCAM ALERT***** SCAM ALERT*****SCAM ALERT I ordered a room online thru a 3rd party. I was charged before I got there like always since I use this 3rd party on every booking 365 days a year. Upon checking in the hotel says they need a $75 deposit. Ok so I paid it and it was returned back in the morning. However upon checking my credit card statement there's a $13.61 charge. I called the hotel asking for a manger since the woman couldn't tell me anything. Then she says he's gonna call me back then to call back at 7 p.m. So I call after 7 p.m. and a man who isn't the manager answers and explains to me that I was charged $13.61 for a different room (which I didn't get) which my 3rd party was a king and that's what I received when I checked in. A king room. So why the hell am I being charged $13.61 for some sort of an extra fee towards a different room? This wasn't even the card I used to book the room online thru the 3rd party. I used this card for the deposit. These people are scamming 100%. I have been trying to contact the manager for 2 days now. The man condescendingly ask me whatchu goona do about almost as if mocking me. I'm calling the police if I don't receive my money back. I did not authorize the use of my card after I received my initial deposit back nor was I told at check-in about a different rate on my room that needed to be charged all of a sudden after checking out the room. That's fraud ! What the hell is going on in Sioux falls South Dakota???? Scam artists!!

    Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Didnt have any issues with noise. Breakfast was very good with a great selection (bacon, sausage, eggs, french toast, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, breads). Pool was great, nice and warm. There were a few shady people in the general area (not on the property). The location was good with lots of dining and shopping options close by. I definitely will stay here again.

Joseph, I have reviewed your account and found that any amounts other than that of the cost of your room have been refunded. I have not determined why it changed the authorization from the standard 75.00 to the cost of your room but rest assured the correct amounts have been charged and remaining deposits have been refunded.
