Poorly ran company and shady business practices. If you are going to invest much money into a house. Dont buy it from this shady company.

This is a rating on my daughters new home on South Sadie Avenue in Sioux Falls. They paid almost $500,000 for their new home. It is by far a cheaply built home with cheap windows, etc. The builders keep drilling holes on windows but each rain, has rain coming in window area, patio, and at one time light fixtures. They need to fix this but STILL have not. Would not recommend this builder at all. If they want to finally correct all their building/window issues, I would advise differently. They have not and my daughter and boyfriend have paid way too much for such shoddy, cheap workmanship. I have lived in my house worth 2/3 of theirs and NEVER had water come in by window sills etc. Do not recommend at all!

Won't stand behind their product. A less than 5 year old home has a leak in roof due to poor sealing around a vent which lead to attic mold. All I asked from them is to reseal the vent and I will handle the mold. As I am not the original buyer, Equity will not do anything for me. I was told that someone in their company with decision making ability will contact me but am still waiting. Neighbors with same house have same issue but much much worse. Concrete driveway surface is also completely chipped to high hell and will need replacement in coming years. Poor quality all around. Service: Home building

They build their houses as fast as they can, and as cheap as they can. I would not recommend them or anyone associated with them. It's a game of who can supply product and work for as little as possible.
