I was there and got the best haircut and a.man cut it. I am coming back for a visit and I I can't remember the gentleman name. Ethnic man short. Please help

Ok so I hate to be this person that leaves a bad review but I feel that I need to so it doesnt happen anyone else. Ive been here a few times before Im a blondie, my roots are dark, so I go and get them touched up every couple months. I just came back from maternity leave so my hair was super healthy and roots grown out 3-4 inches or more and I go to hiedi to get my new hair growth to match the rest of my hair and to tone all of it to a nice blonde color. What happened was she bleached new growth (3-4in.) but she just slapped it on there and had bleach on my head (my regrowth and scalp)sitting there for 50 mnts and then toned at the shampoo bowl, I got hot roots and now I had 3 stripes of different colors. Blonde purple and orange. she bleached again while hair was wet and toned 2 more times, she rinsed with hot water and scrubbed so my head between each process so half my hair has broken off. My hair is all different lengths and feels like straw. rest feels like cotton candy bc it is so damaged and my roots are a super ugly ORANGE like an orange from the grocery store I get going blonde is a process and thats fine but I can not even touch my hair without it breaking let alone go get it fixed in a few weeks bc it is so damaged. I cut hair for a living so I understand everyone has their bad days and a few hiccups here and there fine but I left the salon in tears, I identify with my hair and I just feel so ugly and so sad bc it will take a long time to regrow the hair that had been singed from over processing in one sitting. I would hope that if a stylist doesnt know how to do someones hair, they will tell the client know and be honest, instead of winging it, and destroying their hair. I wish I had something good to say but I really dont my hair is a disaster

I got my hair cut 2 days ago by Heather Walth and this is the very best haircut I have ever had in my life! I am so happy because I have thin hair and she gave me am incredible amount of volume! Thank you, Heather, I so appreciate your talent!
