        Had an appt at 11. Waited my turn for 25 minutes while Kim took 3 different men's haircuts with no appt. Guy walked in didn't give a name and she took him next. Will NEVER use this place again. Kim is a terrible manager.

This is a situation we have been working on fixing with wait times for our customers by adding additional stylist to the team as we have been growing and becoming a much busier salon.
