Scam artists selling overpriced, defective merchandise! I bought a couch for around $1000 13 months ago, and the seams are starting to split. I don't have kids jumping on the couch, this is just splitting from sitting on it. You know, what you're supposed to do on a couch. What kind of a couch falls apart after a year? And for how much I paid? Now they're saying its $20 to send a technician out and $40 for repairs with no estimate for how much time it would take. I'm just going to sew it together myself. I'm going to repair my $1000 couch myself because this company wont stand behind the low quality, overpriced products they sell. Next time I need furniture, I'll drive to Ikea in Bloomington. Do not buy from these clowns.

Micaela offered exceptional service! I was not completely ready to purchase at this time but she was very patient with me and provided very helpful information. I will be returning to buy my furniture for my new home very soon and I will purchase through her! Great service!
