Ambriana McKissick did a wonderful job helping me pick my flooring for my home. I was able to find flooring that meet all my expectations. She was efficient in handling my purchase from start to finish. Cant wait to put it in my house!

We have been working with Carpet One in Sioux Falls, SD for the past year. We purchased our carpet 3 years ago last Oct it started to loose pieces of fiber to point we have holes in our carpet. We were told to work with Keith the maintenance manager after one year still nothing has been done to correct the issue. In Jan Keith stated the claim was denied, but never once did we have an inspection. At that time we contacted Lee's and they stated no claim would be denied without an inspection. We contacted Keith again and he stated he would check on it. We received a text that an inspector would be reaching out. Inspector came and May 5th - nothing. We contacted Keith on 6/7 as we were told it would be only a week. Keith also stated via text he was working with the corporate office and it should go smoother. We are now at one year and nothing. We have text messages pictures of carpet with holes, bags showing all the carpet pieces when we vacuum. We were told this was high quality carpet and had the highest level of Titanium which has 25 years texture retention. We contact our sales rep as well and he was going to let the manager know but he has never contacted us all we got was a text on 8/2/21 from Keith he was requesting another inspection, we have heard NOTHING since and it has officially been one year since we contacted them with the issue.

We needed tile for our kitchen backsplash. Steve Pass was extremely helpful in finding the right tile that was perfect for our budget. He was very accommodating and patient while we considered various styles. We will certainly come back for our next project.

I’m taking the time to leave a review because it’s very upsetting that they have horrible customer service! They damaged our walls and left holes in our walls! They were expecting us to not notice the damages and just walked out. Reported the damage and they came over to fix the issue with attitude, pointed out the spots and they did not want to take responsibility at first, repeated my self at least 3 times until they finally painted over it. Also we provided the paint. They left and told us that they would be back that same day and they never showed back up. Called them back because the corners in the walls they damaged were not fixed. Keith the service manager answer with such attitude talked to me like I was crazy stating that he fixed the damages. I have before and after photos. They need to be micromanaged or you need cameras to monitor them because they will try and blame you for the damage they cause. I had higher expectations from carpet one since it was recommended to us by a friend, carpet is great just sucks to see my walls damaged.
