Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I went to get 2 blizzards April 7th at 8pm.. I didn't get my blizzards until 8:50 pm.. many people left without their orders because they were so mad! 9 workers to boot! All messing around while 30 people are waiting! The only reason I got my order is because an off duty worker came in and got everything turned around! There was no excuse for this! 50 mins for two blizzards

The worst workers. Waited over half hour for 2 cones. Got so irritated I left with a refund and no cones.

Literally the worst experience Ive ever had. My son wanted ice cream. And its a nice day so I took him to dq for an early dinner and ice cream. Pulled up to drive thru on left side. Sat there for 5 mins or so. As the lane on the right kept moving. So I backed up thinking maybe this speaker just doesnt work. I was in the other line for a whole 30 seconds before another car pulls up on the left. Gets served immediately. And same thing for the 3 cars behind it. As I sit there patiently thinking its just bad timing. An hour goes by. I finally make it to the window. The food is cold. Like cold cold. Half of it is missing. I handed it back to the lady. Asked if they could re make it. As Ive already waited an hour. Whats another few mins for fresh food? She then throws a receipt out the window. And closed it. I sat there for another 2-3 mins before a young kid comes to the window and asks why I havent moved. So I parked. Went inside. And saw a dirty. Understaffed. And chaotic environment. Ill never shop her again.
