Rolly had give so much to our city. He has donated his legal services and wise council to so many projects, from civic matters, to nonprofit groups and churches. Rolly lives his civic duty out in his life and through his service. Without his efforts to save the band, Sioux Falls would be without our beloved professional municipal band.

If I could give Rolly Samp 6 stars, I would. It's rare to find a lawyer who is every bit as passionate about the law as he is about helping the people he serves. Just an all-around great guy and a phenomenal lawyer, to boot. Highly recommended!
