I ordered custom T-shirts and two embroidered hats for Christmas presents. I was told everything would be ready by Christmas. When I called to check on the order, was told the hats would not in fact be ready by Christmas but would be done the week after Christmas. In the middle of January I called to ask the status. I was told I would get a call back the next day. After not hearing for 10 days, I stopped in and spoke with the owner. He assured me the problem would be immediately resolved and I would get a call back the next week. It is now 2 weeks later and I have had no response. I am planning on going in tomorrow and asking for refund. I feel like I have been patient, have not been nagging, and have given them several opportunities to rectify this situation. I am beyond disappointed in how their business operates. Needless to say, I will never use their services again and this upsets me as I was initially excited, but my father still has not received his Christmas present and this is now February.
