Haven't been there much, but now one of my favorite stores! Stylist and esthetician were fantastic and so knowledgeable! Recommend this store to everyone.

I went in when it was super busy and they found me someone right away go help me find a foundation that matched my skin type. And when I checked out they were super nice.

I've gotten my hair cut 3 times here now and loved the results and stylists for the first two! Today however was not the case sadly. I called to see if they had any appointments for a cut today and they told me to be there in 10 to 15 min so I rushed over. The stylist was still working on a clients hair style and that was completely fine. When I came in the stylists had no idea she had me as an appointment which was probably due to lack of communication. She pulled me back and just asked how much we were taking off and I said to even it out but keep the length. She showed me how much she planned to take off and it was less than 2 inches and I said good. She gave me one of the shortest washes I've ever had there and off to the chair we went. She was only interested in trimming me and I had to remind her that I had a cut and layers that I wanted so she let me show her pictures. The entire time she didn't converse with me only the other stylist and their client. She also stopped everyone that walked by to tell them about her other client that just left that was so happy with her hair so I was at least hopeful. She ended upcutting off a lot more than 2 inches without telling me. I understand I said to even it out but if it goes from 2 inches to like 5+ inches I expect you to atleast let me know?? She over booked so she couldn't style my hair either and the entire experience just made me feel ignored and gave me a lot of anxiety. Can definitely tell her customer service quality depends on how you look... I now have short thinned out hair...
