Dunham Construction

We rented from Dunham for multiple years and slowly, but surely, year over year, we noticed them taking tenants for granted and squeezing greedy fingers. While they started off awesome, they're now starting to cut corners and not care about the people. I'm sure they're growing, but if they're not careful, they might be the next Lloyd. Not that they'd care, since all they see is $$$. Lloyd takes dollars over people at every corner. Dunham will soon have the same reputation.

These guys are the worst to rent from. I was having problems with the locks on my windoes, and they never got fixed. I had people knocking, and trying to open my windows in the middle of the night, as well as try to open my apartment door. When brought to their attention, they didn't seem to care. It was just me and my child (at the time was 1 1/2-2, and when asked if I could get out of my lease due to not being comfortable not sleeping because I feared for the safety of my child, and myself, they just brushed it under the rug. The 1 1/2 years I rented through them, they went through 4 apartment managers, and each on didn't seem to care about anything, nearly everyday there was 2-3 cops there because of something someone did, the 500 side always smelt like weed, and nothing was done. There was always people running around who you could tell were tweaking out on some kind of drug, or doing a drug deal. They are not very safe apartments. I would never recommend them to anyone, or rent from them again.
