Terrible bedside manner. Truly false advertising as the customer service rep was unfriendly, unhelpful and rude and one of the owners actually said his documentation was "in his brain". My computer is not fixed and after numerous times of giving them a second chance we will no longer utilize their services. Not to mention they are insanely expensive.
The point is you. and your staff are supremely rude and I did not come back in because it was not worth it to me after being treated the way I was, and your offer of "free" was only after much back and forth between us.

Expensive computers, but very professional staff. I had a one hour session with Gerrit and learned a lot. I couldnt get used to a Mac after two years of trying. My work computer is a Dell and my brain was used to Word and Excel. When I decided to sell my Mac, they gave me a fair price. I highly recommend them!
