Poor customer service. They wont accept returns on sale items but during their live presentations, they dont tell you this. This is information buried on their website. very unethical and fraudulent. The sizing of their clothing is not standard.

More like Filly FRAUD!!!! What online (ONLY) clothing store does not allow for returns?!?! You have to read the fine print to realize that they do not accept returns for items that are discounted over 30% - so what do they do? Offer everything at 31%....pretty sneaky if you ask me!! Now I'm stuck with all this stuff that doesn't fit! NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!! Id pass on this one, if I were you!

Online ordering process worked well but the quality, return processes, etc are totally a waste of my money and time. Lesson learned never again

Filly Flair is a great online shop. In the post covid era, it's pretty awesome they still have free shipping on all orders. They also have very competitive prices and regularly are the lowest prices that I can find across many boutiques selling the same items. They try to stock full size items as well.

She does not pay her bills and owes my significant other $6,700 because he did work for them on her AirBNB. She and her husband have owed it for an entire year and still sent him no check. I'll remove this review if he ever receives his $3,600 for concrete and $3,100 labor.
