        Went in for a phone. Wife wasn't with me so they wouldn't even let me access our account to add the phone. I needed one cheap phone. Nothing special. Tried forcing me into a phone I DID NOT need. Then when I tried to set up a separate account, they wouldn't even let me do that. The staff here is your stereotypical dirty salesman. Went to another T-Mobile location here in town. Explained the situation to them. Just went ahead put the cheap phone on a separate account for our needs, let me get the phone I NEEDED. Not the one they wanted to FORCEFULLY UPSELL me. Avoid this location.
