Very disappointed as these people came recommended by family. My contact person started off not showing up to the appointment. I called and she said she sent texts to me confirming. Never received them. Turns out she mistyped the area code. Happens. She showed up 30 minutes later to measure and sent very simplistic plans that were not at all creative for my space. I followed up with an email to which it was responded to in a way that sounded like she took offense. I asked for a more creative solution as I have an attic with slanted walls. She told me they werent interested in doing the work because it was labor intensive. Anyone can hang racks on flat walls. Was told maybe a handyman would do it. Unless your job and simple or you want your time wasted, check elsewhere for your closet needs.

This company helped walk me through the whole process and was able to trouble shoot and provide clear guidance on how to install the drawers. Very easy to work with and very responsive
