      image Very poor customer service. Tried getting my steel covered under their warranty for corrosion and rust. Called me back 10 months later and gave me the run around. Told me they decided they won't cover it. I guess their warranty isn't really a warranty.

      Hi Brian, thank you for taking the time to leave your rating and feedback for us. Unfortunately, because tests from the material vendor show the issues are being caused by improper ventilation and corrosive solvents being used in the facility, any warranty becomes null and void.
