Frontier Bank

Local bank with exceptional customer service. I've dealt with many large and local banks and haven't had any terrible experiences, but in terms of good experiences this place definitely takes the cake. They send you hand written letters when you open an account and when you refer someone, and are there when you need assistance. Also, when I opened my account with them they were offering a pretty generous bonus, which was easy to meet the terms of and they paid out quickly. On top of that, they offer great rates for some of their accounts. Needless to say, I told quite a few people about this place and am happy to give them my business.

Super customer service from all. I can say enough good things about this small bank. I have developed great relations with many of the employees. They are what make this bank stand out from the rest. Thanks for all you do.

Traveling through Sioux Falls and stopped to look for diners. Frontier bank was providing green pancakes and sausage for all. They were all very kind and friendly!

The relationship manager, Tracey Hoefert is one of the nicest people around. She made it easy for me to want to here about her services. 3% interest on a checking account! Unbelievable!
