        Usually First Premier staff is so happy and willing to help. Today was not the case at this branch. Teller was upset never smiled felt like she didnt want to help. I understand we all have bad days. But Premier is known for being so happy and helpful. Left a sour taste in my mouth.

        A refund was refunded to my 1st Premier CC over 2 weeks ago from great lodge by mistake. Over $1100.00. they are holding my money for interest while not giving me any information when I will get my money back. 1st Premier CC has the worst customer service in the world.
