I had my transmission rebuilt by them and it had an issue. It was a pain and it took them a few tries to figure out what it was. But they took care of me and worked on it till it was right. After the warranty work they did they could not have made money in me. But because they stood behind their work and didn't try to charge me I will recommend them and use them for any other transmission work I have down the road. If only all the shops were so honest and trustworthy that fix our cars.

Sat on our vehicle for a day before telling us they don't have a code reader for it. Didn't seem to have any record of our phone number to call back. Keys were in the unlocked vehicle overnight. They may do good work (?) but the first interactions were not great. Maybe a little too underprofessional for me.

Called and talked to Dale about an issue I was having with, my transmission. He essentially diagnosed it over the phone. So I made an appointment and dropped car off for him to look at. Less than 3 hours later he called and said it was fixed. This place will now be my go to shop. Friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Service: Transmission repair
