Employee did not ask whether we wanted a base coat or single stage. Assumed it was a base coat. Went to clear coat it 2 days after applying and it frosted over. Called back today and was told we were supposed to wait 4 days to clear coat it. Asked why we were not informed of having to wait or why we were not informed we were give a single stage and not the base coat the employee said they did not know. Called back to speak with a manager. The manager named Justin was extremely rude and blamed us. Another store unrelated to Sturdevants fixed their mistake. When trying to give the manager helpful advice he continued to be rude and told us we must not know anything about paint. Wouldn't recommend taking your business here.

Friendly and helpful. I needed paint for my car. The employee helping me came out and looked at my car. Gave me easy to do directions for touching up some areas.

Lady came out to greet me that worked at the warehouse. She was really friendly. I docked right away. It was confusing finding the entrance (for truckers) it is on S. Carolyn Ave.
