Terrific customer service! I am an ambulatory equine vet my ~1 year old generator was damaged at a clients barn (not the generators fault) and we were able to get a loaner generator quickly and have our machine fixed and returned in about a week. Every person I talked to on the phone knew what was going on and had a great attitude. I had a very pleasant experience for what could have been a stressful ordeal. Thank you!

I purchased my x-ray system from Diagnostic Imaging Systems three years ago and I am so happy that I chose Diagnostic Imaging Systems. As an equine practitioner I needed a good, reliable portable system and as a technology challenged person I needed a good, reliable support/customer service and I received both with Diagnostic Imaging Systems. I have only had a few issues and whenever I call I get a real person who can confidently and quickly resolve my issue. I feel so comfortable reaching out to Tim and his team if I need anything or have a question.
