Very professional and helpful. Theyve been here twice now to help us and have done everything they can to solve our problems. They use countless instruments for testing which gives a high confidence level in what theyre saying. They have a reputable referral network for anything they cant do. Also, they just seem like good people.

We had a water line burst and cause damage to very old floors and drywall in the basement. We called DryDocs and they were there an hour later to review/provide us a quote and started remediation work the very next morning. Their high-tech drying systems took almost all the buckling out of our hardwood floors. Fantastic customer service, timeliness and professionalism which is rare nowadays. They left the site in perfect condition as well. Highly recommend!

If you want clear answers and peace of mind please give them a call. He came over and checked out an area where I had a water spill. Professional, friendly and clean! Also if you are into information and education they will definitely explain things in a way that make sense. I had so much anxiety about mold and they came in a saved the day. Thank you!!

I agree with another reviewer - I would give 10 stars if I could! I simply could not recommend DryDocs more highly! Nathan was prompt, responsive, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. It was such a relief to have Nathan evaluate the damage and let us know right away the plan for restoration. The injection dry system took care of our ceiling water damage within only a few days. We are so appreciative of the service provided and recommend DryDocs 100%!
