I got my Jeeps suspension repaired at this dealership, And they were very professional and helpful. However, I wanted to get my transmission looked at while they had my car. But they informed me that it will cost me $150 for inspection if they open it and there is no problem with the transmission(the suspension was covered by my warranty). So I told them not to inspect the transmission. Then when I went to pickup my vehicle they charged me extra $150 of inspection fees for looking at my windshield wiper fluid anyway. So I dont understand why they didnt not tell me that Im going to be charged the extra fee for windshield fluid? And why couldnt they take a look at my transmission if they are going to charge me extra fee anyway?
