I was in the middle of moving and there was an oversight with my credit card. On the weekend I called even though they were closed and the management gave me a pass till Monday till we get sorted out excellent excellent customer service!!

I got a storage unit with this place earlier this year prior to moving into my new home. I've emptied it out after moving into my new home and left 3 voicemails with Mark trying to confirm that I will not get charged for a unit I am no longer using. Still waiting for a call back 5 days later. If you want a responsive business owner look elsewhere.
Edit: After a dozen attempts to call this business owner he ended up again charging my account for a unit I no longer use. I have ended up disputing the charge with my bank and putting a stop payment in place since he can't seem to make time to talk to his customers. If you plan on short term use of a storage unit look elsewhere.

Our storage unit lock was cut and some of our belongings stolen (mower, tools, bike trailer). We decided to cut our losses and not make a police report since it would be unlikely we would ever get them anyway. I called twice to let Outback know and never received a call back. You would think they might want to know? I had already canceled our unit and then received a bill. Owner is nice but they seem to need additional security and better records.
