        Soups, salads, and sandwiches are all excellent! Featuring homemade desserts. Keto options are sometimes also available on the desserts. I especially love their tiramisu. You can also order your holiday pies. We visit frequently and are never disappointed. Good service and fun to browse the adjoining shop. Parking: Plenty of parking and it is all free. Kid-friendliness: Plenty of options for kids Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs and wide walkways

        I work in the Tuscany Square and have frequently gone here for lunch. On February 16th I decided to work through my lunch break and just go next door for a bowl of chili. It cost $7, so it's not cheap. It was terrible! It didn't even taste like chili. It was watered down tomato juice with some hamburger and beans floating around in it. Also, the staff was very unfriendly. They were more interested in talking to each other then the customers. I won't be going back here.

      Arba - I'm sorry that you didn't have a great experience at The Bestro. If you would have come to us right away with your issues, we would have been happy to give you something else to replace the chili, or give you a full refund. We have issued you a full refund through the company sales system but it will take 3-5 days. The staff has been made aware of your feelings that they are unfriendly. We strive to offer great customer service every day and will keep working on it. Regarding your accusation that we are expensive - our soups are homemade, everything is made to order, and constant rising food prices have hit restaurants hard. We do our research with other restaurants in town to be as competitive as we can be with our pricing and still make money to pay the staff the wages they deserve. We are not trying to rip anyone off, and are always trying to offer a great value for the price. Hopefully you will give us some grace and come visit us again someday.

      Victoria - I'm sorry you had such a terrible experience at The Bestro. I shared your review with the staff and they would really appreciate more information from you so that they can fix what they did wrong. My all male staff may have come across as unfriendly, but I can assure you great customer service is their main goal at work every day. We are truly sorry that you feel that you did not receive the care you were looking for. We will be working to improve our presentation.
