Please hear these recordings attached above. were having an issue now at her school and she no longer wants to go to the 5th street location as shes now being made fun of by her piers for pooping in her pants. She cried all day after school and I could not figure out why Until tonight. The situation was told to me by my child that she was going to the bathroom and needed to poop and was being rushing by The teacher. She was in there for about 10 minutes when the teacher asked her to come out My child was not finished and had to leave the bathroom. she then later finished in her pants and was scared she would get in trouble. She was left to sit in it the rest of the day as no one checked her. (She has not pooped in her pants since she was 2) she has no issue wiping either. )When I picked her up from daycare We went straight to a restaurant for dinner which then I discovered her pants and poop dried to her underwear and legs, so it had been some time. She said the teacher rushed her. Now all the kids at school tease and bully her, she tells me that the teachers are not doing anything about it. We request to be immediately transferred to the St Patrick location. We will not tolerate this kind of behavior in any daycare setting. My child will not be bullied because the employees dont know how to handle the situation. The response I got today after stating my concerns were brushed off and said that she would just give her more time in the bathroom. Teasing is a very serious issue. Im not happy with the 5th street location employees. She is now traumatized from the kids there. Please address our concerns accordingly.

We have become aware that you are unhappy with the care provided at Little Nest Preschool in Rapid Valley and 5th Street and have requested a transfer to Little Nest Child Care and Learning Center. We respect your concerns and your feedback.
At this time, we have reached a place for mutual parting. We're able to provide care at the St Pat location for up until approximately one month from this notice, June 14th, if your family requires to give you adequate time to secure other care. This will remain in effect unless an earlier date is decided by your family based on your decision/needs or our board of advisors based on guidelines in our handbook.
We appreciate the time that your family has been with our center and we sincerely wish that we could've more adequately fit your needs!
It's never easy to discover that we aren't the right fit for a family, but we understand that even with the best intentions we sometimes miss a family's expectation.
Little nest second response after posting this review
Due to your response and poor google review of our company we're withdrawing our offer of care for the next thirty days. Your family is unenrolled immediately. You will be mailed the payment for this week minus one day and the deposit. We are doing this as a courtesy, not because we are required to do so. If you have items remaining at the center they will be mailed to you, and you have no reason to return to our facility.
We have documentation of months of conversations with staff regarding your complaints at Jet Drive and 5th Street. We have tried to work with your family throughout, and in this transition to be courteous in supporting you to find other care. You have responded with slander, and discouraging the public to enroll with us, and so we will no longer do business with you.
We have reported this situation to the Department of Social Services.
