Being new to the area we didnt know where to even begin. Brian was referred to me by co-worker. He is the person you want on your team when looking for a home. He will take the information provided to him to assess the best home for you and your family. He was so dedicated that he went out in a snow storm to view 3 homes for us, not even knowing if we would make an offer on any of them. On the negotiation side, he provided great advice and aided in maximizing our offer agreement to benefit us, the client, to the fullest. He even picked up my wife and kids at the airport when they were giving her a hard time about a rental car. If youre looking for a home in the black hills, Brian Thompson is the way to go!!!
