Mary was excellent to work with! We built a house from the ground up, she was very helpful the entire process from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and acted very professional when things didnt go as planned in the final stages. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a excellent realtor.

Mary is the best! My husband and I were first time home buyers. With her help, we actually ended up building brand new instead of buying! She made the process go very smoothly. She was always dedicated, honest, and willing to go the extra mile for us. She is also great at communicating. If you need a realtor she would be the one to go to! We wouldnt have been able to get through this process without her.

Mary is AMAZING!
Mary was absolutely wonderful to work with, she went above and beyond. I am a first time home buyer and she walked me through the process step by step, took the time to explain anything I didnt understand, and was incredibly responsive to emails. I ended up conducting the entire process from 3000 miles away due to living in another country and travel restrictions preventing me from visiting, but Mary did everything possible to make it feel like I was there. She provided video tours of nearly a dozen homes during the house hunting stage and included videos of the drive to each as to familiarize me with the area. Mary was an absolute gem when it came to getting paperwork signed and submitted, she even made an international call to ensure I understood everything. When I found the perfect home, I made an offer site unseen because I felt so comfortable and well informed. Mary helped me make an offer incredibly quick and stuck with me through a two month process, she went out of her way to ensure I was part of everything, and she was happy to accommodate my out of the ordinary requests. I cannot recommend Mary enough!

As a property inspector, I have observed Mary perform extraordinary & 'heroic' advocacy for her clients, even performing work that the other agent (s) were not motivated to do. I find her knowledgeable, personable, and with an orientation toward excellence that put her in an elite class locally. THE ideal agent in my book.
