        After spending time waiting in the drive thru (always slow) I discovered I wasted time AND money at Hardee's today. I ordered a hot ham and cheese sandwhich today and ate it when I returned to work. The wrapper was wet when unwrapping it, and the bun was so soggy it was like mush. I work 5 mins away so it's not like it sat and soaked. Ate 2 bites and couldn't handle the soggy bread and threw it away. Super disappointed.

        Been sitting in drive through for 20 min and now have been sitting at the window for almost 10 after paying. Couldn't even leave the drive-thru beforehand when I got sick of sitting in the Drive-Thru because it's only a one lane after you order and pay. Then they crammed all of our food into one small bag. Which didn't include one of the combo meals that was ordered having to go back in right now to complain. Thank you for your quality of service.
