As practicing Massage Therapists in Rapid City it is our goal and mission to treat everyone as far more than just a client but rather a friend that we want to see gain the benefits of relaxation while escaping undesired discomfort and pain.

After receiving this review we reached out to find out what went wrong via texting where we had previously communicated. It has been over 24 hours without a response. We had no clue of a concern until this review. We cannot be all things to all people. No Massage Therapist can do that. However we do try to do exactly that by customizing our approach to each and every client we serve. To that end these are some adjustments that we will make going forward to further increase the potential ability of meeting each and every clients expectation.1: Create a flow chart (especially for new clients) that guides them into the realm of receiving the exact type of massage they are looking to receive.2: Increase our listening skills to make sure we are meeting the concerns of each and every client that we work with.3: Continue to enhance the skills and abilities we have been given with further training with one of those targets being to become Medical Massage Practitioners (MMP's) after attending classes in Feb and March.Our extreme desire is to be the best of the rest in everything that we do. We won't always succeed but we will always try to attain that mark in everything that we do.
