        After a not so great experience at another jewelry store in town, we came to Riddles hoping they could help us make the most with what we had! Kalub and Thomas worked so hard to make sure I have the ring of my dreams! It is absolutely stunning. The customer service that you will find at this store is unmatched! They go above and beyond, and are very prompt! If you find something on their website but not in store they will do their best to get it in so you can see it in person before making a decision! That gave me so much peace of mind!

        My husband bought me a diamond ring on a visit to have another ring repaired. Had the greatest young man working with us. So personable, and was definitely there to help and please. I would recommend. Riddles at the rapid city's mall
