Days Inn by Wyndham West Rapid City

On our return trip from Arizona, we stayed here for one night. The room itself was ok, clean enough, at least the bed was. The offered breakfast consisted of a few pieces of bread for toast and 2 bagels. This was at 6:30 in the morning. Disappointing at best. Definitely the worst place we stayed during our travels to and from Arizona from Wisconsin.

There was nobody at the front desk upon my arrival. I was berated by the desk manager that I did not pay for my dogs, (paid online for a pet friendly motel). This place is simply old & dingy. Nothing was clean, everything outdated. I was called a thief & even had the police called on me. The continental breakfast was a poor excuse for any motel breakfast. Juice machine has been out of service for months (per other reviews) Overall this was the ABSOLUTE worst experience I've ever had at any overnight stay. I would look elsewhere if you care to have a enjoyable experience. Rooms: Rooms were outdated and lights were broken or didn't work.

This place was dIrty!! My room was a suiet and the jet tub was dirty i mean with a ring of dirt??? The staff is rude and the GM is just as bad as her staff!! I see where they get it from. When the front desk staff hangs up on you?? WOW!! DANGER DANGER STAY AWAY!!!
