This hotel needs some serious attention, it is NOT up to Hampton Inn quality you expect. I am a Diamond Honors Member and this is not even close to what you expect a Hampton to be. The carpet is old and smells, there is layer of dust along the walls/baseboards, as well as other debris, it seems the carpet hasn't been thoroughly vacuumed in some time. Once we got into the elevator there was a bad odor, and on our floor it was even worse... the room smells like wet dog and is extremely outdated. The location is convenient to the freeway but the parking lot shares with another hotel and with the piles of snow, parking was limited. The AC unit was temperamental and the mattress was not comfortable (appears to be pretty old) The facility was not up to the typical standard of cleanliness I have experienced at other Hampton locations. The bottom line is I felt like I was staying at a Super 8, Travelodge, etc. Hotel, not a Hampton Inn. I would not stay here, choose a different location.
