I reported one of their techs twice yesterday for suspicious activity; the second report the rep told me he'd get in contact with the tech department and try to figure out what's going on. An hour later I get a call from the person I reported reassuring me that he is doing his job. This guy was "working" an hour before the techs begin their day according to the customer service rep and after I had followed him from my house out of my neighborhood the tech went back to my house and rang the door bell to get permission to enter my yard. BH Energy resolved my issues in the wrong manner, clearly without anyone's privacy or safety in mind.

Submitted a payment and got a text that it was received even though it wasn't. Now I got a disconnect notice and can't call to pay cause it's a holiday, I'm also not allowed to pay online with my checking account anymore because they put a "cash only" status on my account after they didn't take the payment I submitted. Tell me how that makes sense? Too bad they're the only option for electric in the area, if there was another competing provider they would be out of business in a week. Disgusting business practices.

I work with the day care on the property and absolutely love it!!! Also my energy company so they dod not pay for this advertising. Lol
