        The sales staff is super friendly and will even go out of their way to offer you the best deals. They will also make sure to take care of you when there is a delay in your order. Excellent job by the clearing center getting the rest of my order to me in a timely manner once it made it to town. Keith in sales and Robin in the clearing house were especially nice to work with!

      Hi Amber - We apologize that we were out of stock on your selections and that there were delays. Obviously we don't have control over our suppliers' manufacturing processes or the projected dates we receive from our suppliers, but we do try to convey those estimated dates with our customers as accurately as possible. Please know that the floor models in our showrooms are new, unused items. Again, we apologize for the delay you experienced.
